Early Season: A great variety of gourmet salad greens, various stir-fry greens (Swiss chard, bok choi, kale) radishes, peas, snow peas, kohlrabi, & herbs.
Mid-Season: beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celeriac, summer greens, cucumbers, eggplant, fennel, onions, peppers, summer squashes, early potatoes, tomatoes, herbs, & edible flowers.
Late Season: fall squashes, fall cabbage, pumpkins, turnips, parsnips, herbs & autumn decorations.
All Season: Members are invited to pick herbs & teas from the herb garden & tea garden and flowers from the U-pick flower garden.
Each Week: Recipes from Chef Joe Adams, Preserving information from Terrie Adams. And an occasional surprise..
